CRM

Switching CRMs shouldn't be a six-month project

Connect your old tool, choose what to bring over, follow progress in real time. Contacts, companies, opportunities, tasks and templates arrive deduplicated and ready to use.

No credit card required

How it works

Three clicks, usable data

Three clicks, not three consultants

Connect your account (OAuth for Brevo and HubSpot, API key for Efficy), check the available volumes, launch. The import runs as a background job with a progress bar — and deduplication by original identifier avoids duplicates even if you run it again.

  • Secure connection to your old tool
  • Volumes shown before launching
  • Progress tracked in real time
  • Safe to rerun without creating duplicates

Your data arrives usable, not just stored

Countries are normalized, consents carried over based on their source, lists rebuilt, email templates converted into the block editor. You're not starting from scratch: you're starting from your data, better organized.

  • Normalized countries (ISO codes)
  • Consent by channel carried over
  • Lists and segments rebuilt
  • Email templates converted

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What exactly can I import?

From Brevo and HubSpot: contacts, companies, opportunities, tasks, lists and email templates. From Efficy: contacts and companies. For everything else, the universal CSV import with column mapping does the job.

What if I have 50,000 contacts?

The import is asynchronous: it runs as a background job in batches, without overloading your browser or the platform, with a progress bar. You can keep working while it runs.

Will my duplicates follow along?

Every imported record keeps its original identifier: rerunning an import updates instead of duplicating. And the CRM's duplicate-merging tool cleans up what's already there.

Can we keep the old tool during the switch?

Yes, and it is recommended: import, check, run both in parallel for a few days, then switch off. Nothing in the pricing model pushes you to cut over before you are comfortable.

How long does an import take?

Everything goes through an asynchronous import worker: you start it, you watch progress, and you keep working. That is what makes large volumes possible without blocking the service.

Can we bring across a Calendly setup?

Yes: the Calendly connector imports the user, the event types with their locations, the availability schedules and the events. Your appointment types do not have to be rebuilt by hand.
