A prospect list you buy is already out of date when you open it

It is the only prospecting tool the market still offers: a spreadsheet sold dear, put together months ago, incomplete, full of duplicates and closed businesses. We took the problem from the other end, with two ways to search — yours, criterion by criterion, or the agent's, to whom you give an objective.

How it works

Two ways to search, one engine

Classic mode, when you already know your target

You set the criteria yourself: the activity, the town or county, the radius in kilometres, the headcount bracket, how many companies you want, and whether an email address or a phone number is required. It is direct, repeatable, and it is what you want when the target is known — a salesperson who covers a territory does not need their market explained to them.

  • Activity, location and radius
  • Company size and the quantity you want
  • Email address or phone number required
  • A search you can run again identically

Agentic mode, when you do not know what to type

“Find me my next hundred customers.” “Find me companies that look like my best customers.” You give the objective, not the criteria. The agent then reads the commercial context of the account — the brand identity concerned and its offer, your current customers, your won deals — and works out the target. If you already work with two organisations of the same kind, it sees that and goes looking for the others.

  • An objective in plain language, no criteria to know
  • Draws on your customers and your won deals
  • Knows which brand and which offer it is prospecting for
  • Sets aside the ones you already have

The plan comes before the search, and you have the last word

The agent does not go searching behind your back. It first writes a plan: the type of target, the area, the number aimed for, the required criteria, the exclusions — and the reason for that choice, in one sentence. You read it, you correct what is wrong, you launch. That is what separates a tool you use from a tool you obey.

  • Target type, area, quantity, criteria, exclusions
  • The reason for the targeting, written plainly
  • Adjustable before launch
  • Once approved, the same engine as the classic mode

Public contracts, when the deadline tells you when to call

A directory gives you names; it never tells you why to call today. On a CPV code, the search queries France's essential public procurement data and returns the reversal that changes everything: the contract is not what you are looking for, it is what tells you who to look for. The prospect is the buyer — a local authority, a hospital, a university — and their contract says when it goes back out to tender.

  • Search by CPV code, across awarded contracts
  • Contract subject, amount and duration
  • Incumbent supplier: the competitor to displace
  • Expiry date and the right moment to step in

The list is alive, not bought

The search runs the moment you launch it. Nothing was assembled eight months ago and then resold to three hundred companies like yours. Results are deduplicated among themselves and against your own base: a prospect you already have on file does not come back in the list, and neither does a current customer.

  • Search executed on demand
  • Deduplicated against your existing base
  • Current customers and worked contacts set aside
  • Each company arrives with what is known about it

And above all, it carries on

This is where the gap with a file becomes unbridgeable. The list is not a destination: it enters the CRM like any other list, so it triggers everything else. An email or SMS campaign, a follow-up sequence, a calling campaign run by the voice agent, a task for a salesperson. A spreadsheet, meanwhile, gets opened, sorted, and ends up in a folder.

  • Direct import into a list or a segment
  • Email, SMS and calling campaigns on the list
  • Automation scenarios triggered on import
  • Per-channel consent applied from the outset

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the two modes?

Classic mode expects criteria: you know you are targeting garages with fewer than ten staff within twenty kilometres, so you enter it. Agentic mode expects an objective: you say what you want to achieve, the agent works out the criteria from your actual business and submits them to you. Both feed the same search — it is not a different engine, it is a different way in.

Which brand does the agent prospect for?

The one you choose. An account can carry several brand identities, with different offers and different markets: prospecting is done for one of them, and that is what lets the agent reason correctly rather than mixing two unrelated businesses.

How is this different from a bought prospect file?

A file is a stock: assembled on a date, sold to whoever wants it, out of date the moment it is exported. Here the search runs when you launch it, on your own criteria, and the result lands in a prospecting space wired to your CRM, not in a spreadsheet. Freshness is the first difference, but the one that really counts is the next: you can act on it without importing anything again.

What does “agentic prospecting” mean?

That the agent does not merely filter an existing database: it reads your context, decides on a target, justifies it and submits it to you before going looking. You give it an objective, not a query. It is the same distinction as between an automation and an agent: one executes a written path, the other chooses its own — except that here you review the path before it takes it.

Is the data GDPR-compliant?

Searches cover companies and public professional information. Per-channel consent applies from the moment a record enters your base: a company that has been found is not therefore reachable on every channel, and the product knows it. Nothing goes out unless you decided it should.

How much does a search cost?

The search queries public registers — the company register, the essential public procurement data — which are free and need no authentication. You see the effort as it runs: pages crawled, calls made, targets kept. Agentic mode does put a model to work writing the targeting plan, and that plan consumes credits like any AI action.

How does the public contract search work?

You pick one or more CPV codes. The search queries the public dataset of awarded contracts, groups them by buyer — one buyer may have several coming to term — and returns the buyer with their signals. The source is official, free, and contains only organisations and contracts: no personal data.

Can the same search be run again later?

Yes, and it is often the right move: an area fills up, businesses are created. A repeated search does not serve you what you already have: deduplication against your base sorts it out.

Do you need a salesperson to work the list?

Not necessarily. A list can feed a campaign, an automated sequence or a calling campaign handled by the voice agent. The salesperson takes over when someone answers — which is precisely the moment they are useful.
