Content hub

What you publish outside, connected to what you know inside

A landing page, a form, a consent banner: three tools that are usually bought separately. Here they are included, and they write to the same contact record as your calls, your emails and your appointments.

Features

What you publish outside, connected to what you know inside

Pages that live in your CRM

Campaign page, procedure page, product page: you write it in blocks, you publish, it is online — on your domain. And because it lives in the CRM, it knows who visits it.

  • Block editor, the same one as for emails
  • Your domain, careful SEO
  • Immediate publishing and unpublishing
  • Multilingual if your audience is
  • Known visitor recognized, visit tracked

Forms that write to the record

Sign-up, contact, report, quote request: the form is embedded with one script or lives on one of your pages. Every submission creates or enriches the contact — and triggers whatever you want.

  • Free fields, including your custom properties
  • One script to paste on any website
  • Contact created or enriched automatically
  • Automation trigger on submission
  • Anti-spam and consent collected in the right place

A cookie banner on a par with Axeptio, included

A bot scans your website and detects trackers, classified by category. You build the banner in steps — welcome, partners, summary — in your colors, with your button, as a box or a wall. Declining is as simple as accepting.

  • Automatic website scan: trackers detected and classified
  • Multi-step banner: welcome, partners, summary
  • Colors, logo, position, custom launcher, box or wall
  • Declining as simple as accepting, as the CNIL requires
  • No additional subscription

Consent, applied, evidenced and measured

The banner really does block trackers before a choice is made, passes consent on to Google and Microsoft, and records every timestamped proof. You see who accepts what, and every published version stays archived.

  • Scripts effectively blocked before consent
  • Google Consent Mode v2 and Microsoft UET
  • GDPR, CCPA, LGPD: the regime adapts to the visitor
  • Timestamped consent records kept
  • Published versions archived, acceptance statistics

A customer portal for your contacts

Your customers — or your citizens — log in and find their requests, their documents and the status of their cases. That is what puts an end to 'where do we stand on my case?' calls.

  • Tracking of requests and their progress
  • Documents made available from the record
  • Identification by email or identity provider
  • What the contact sees, decided field by field

Everything that happens outside is logged inside

A visit, a submission, a consent withdrawn: every event carries its source and lands on the record. Attribution goes all the way to the sale, and an automation can follow on.

  • Page visited, form sent, consent: on the record
  • Attribution through to the deal won
  • Every event triggers a workflow
  • Consent per channel carried over into the CRM

AI-powered

Once a form comes in, the agent takes over.

A form submission is not a notification: it is a signal. The CRM agent creates the contact, enriches it, and suggests the reply — while the assistant helps you write pages and forms.

It welcomes

Form submitted: the contact is created or enriched — SIREN, company, industry — and the agent reads the request to qualify what it is about.

It replies

It suggests the reply to send, or the task for the right person: demo request, report, quote. You approve in one click.

It writes

A campaign page, a form, a cookie policy: the assistant writes the first draft in the editor, you adjust, you publish.

Every suggested action stays visible, approvable and logged. AI is paid for on a usage basis, in credits.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace my website?

No, and that is not the point. Your website stays where it is. The Content hub is there to publish what has to be connected to the CRM: campaign pages, procedure pages, forms, consent banner. You can embed them in your existing website or serve them under your domain.

Web pages

Is the cookie banner really compliant?

It applies the CNIL requirements: declining as simple as accepting, trackers effectively blocked before a choice is made, timestamped consent records kept, and the option to change one's choice at any time. It also passes consent on to Google (Consent Mode v2) and Microsoft, and adapts the regime — GDPR, CCPA, LGPD — to the visitor's country.

The cookie banner in detail

How is this different from an Axeptio or a Didomi?

The difference lies in the cross-referencing. A dedicated consent tool knows that an anonymous visitor has refused cookies; it does not know that this visitor has been your customer for three years, that they have an appointment on Thursday and that they have withdrawn their email consent. Here, consent is a property of the contact, not a separate piece of data. And there is no second subscription.

Metaventus vs Axeptio

Forms were in the Marketing hub, were they not?

They were, and they still work for marketing. They have moved to the Content hub because that is where they really belong: a report form for a local authority or a quote request form has nothing to do with marketing. Your existing forms have not moved.

Web forms

Can pages be published in several languages?

Yes: every page has its language versions and its own address. It is the same mechanism that runs this website in fourteen languages.

How can I find out which cookies my website sets?

You launch a scan: a bot goes through your website, detects the trackers and classifies them by category — analytics, advertising, social networks, chat and so on. You review the list, adjust it, and the banner presents it to your visitors. You run the scan again when your website changes.
