A card in your customers' phone that speaks for itself

Loyalty card, coupon, membership card, event ticket: you design the card once, it is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one gesture, and every update — points, offer, reminder — appears on the lock screen. No email to open, no SMS to pay for.

How it works

One card, four moments

Design once, distribute everywhere

The template is created in Marketing, next to your email templates: logo, colors, banner, fields with variables ({{prénom}}, {{points}}), QR code, places where the card should surface. The Apple and Google previews appear side by side. After that, the card is issued anywhere a contact has a context — without ever redesigning it.

  • Templates: loyalty, coupon, membership card, ticket
  • Apple and Google previews side by side
  • 'Add to wallet' button in your emails and SMS
  • One card per contact, connected to their CRM record

The channel there is no need to open

When points change, when an offer arrives or when an appointment is coming up, the card updates on the phone and a notification appears on the lock screen. It is a fourth channel alongside email, SMS and calls — the only one that costs nothing to send and does not end up in a 'Promotions' folder.

  • Live push updates (Apple and Google)
  • Message on the lock screen
  • 'Wallet notification' campaign to everyone holding a template
  • The card surfaces at the useful time and place (tickets)

A card that lives across the whole suite

The card belongs to the contact, not to a hub. On the CRM record, you see whether it is in the phone, you adjust the points, push a message, revoke it. A confirmed appointment becomes a ticket with a QR code, scanned at the front desk to mark attendance. An accepted quote or a payment link can deliver a coupon. And automation chains all of that without you.

  • CRM: the contact's cards, points, message, revocation
  • Booking: ticket with QR code, attendance by scan
  • Sales: coupon or membership card linked to the customer's status
  • Automation: issue, update, revoke, trigger on 'card added'

Clean, consented, measured

The wallet is a consent channel like any other: only contacts who have added their card receive notifications, and removing the card from the phone unsubscribes them. You track the add rate, active cards and pushed messages — and the 'holders of card X' segment is ready for your next campaign.

  • Consent per channel, updated on removal
  • Statuses: issued, added, removed, revoked
  • Add rate and active cards per template
  • Dynamic segments on card holders

Where the card appears in Metaventus

A single capability, plugged into every hub.

  • Marketing: templates, designer, 'Wallet notification' campaign, 'Add my card' email block
  • CRM: Wallet cards panel on the record, segment filters, activities in the timeline
  • Booking: ticket on confirmation, reminder pushed to the card, QR check-in
  • Sales: coupon from an offer or a payment, membership card according to status
  • Automation: Issue / Update / Revoke nodes, 'card added' trigger
  • Customer service: the customer's card visible in the conversation

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do my customers need an app to add the card?

No. Apple Wallet is already on every iPhone and Google Wallet on every Android. The customer taps 'Add to wallet' in your email, your SMS or your page, and the card is in their phone.

How much does a wallet notification cost?

Nothing to send: the update goes through Apple's and Google's services, not through an SMS carrier. That is what makes it the most cost-effective channel for reminders, points and recurring offers.

What happens if the customer removes the card?

We know immediately: the contact's wallet consent switches to 'removed', they receive nothing more, and you can see it in their cards and in your statistics.

Can I send a card to a whole list at once?

Yes. An email or SMS campaign with the 'Add my card' block issues a personal card per recipient when it is sent; every link is unique, connected to the contact.

Are the cards in my colors?

Entirely: logo, colors, banner, labels and fields. And with white label, the sender of the notifications is your organization, not Metaventus.

Where is the card data stored?

In your CRM, hosted in Europe. The card contains only what you choose to display on it: no payment data, no identity document.
