One price per account, not per user

There is no per-user rate: you pay for the account, with a seat capacity chosen when you subscribe. As long as you stay within that capacity, adding someone changes nothing on the bill. If you exceed it, you move up to the next capacity — that is a change of tier, not a multiplication by headcount.

No plan includes free emails or SMS: every send is debited from your credits from the very first one, at the listed rate. The only quota is a daily cap, which protects your sender reputation and resets each day — 300 emails and 100 SMS a day on Discovery, 10 000 and 1 000 on Professional, 50 000 and 5 000 on Enterprise. Once reached, it refuses the send rather than letting the bill run: no surprise block, no hidden overage.

Yes, plans are monthly and without commitment: upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current period.

No: it is an add-on offer at €50/month that can be added to the plan of your choice, including Discovery. You can use the whole suite without it.

A single wallet shared across the account, topped up by card — 1 credit = €0.01. Every action that uses credits (SMS, AI reply, minute of transcription, OCR page) is deducted at the listed rate, with a detailed statement of every debit.

None. Migration from Brevo, HubSpot or Efficy is included and guided, and the Enterprise plan adds supported onboarding.

To increase a capacity, never to unlock a feature. The AI voice agent is included; if you want a second one, it is an option. The same goes for simultaneous calls on a number or for an additional number. Nothing inside the hubs has to be bought again: what you buy is volume.

To keep things separate: a department, a site, a subsidiary or a brand gets its own space, with its own data, teams and permissions — and its own white-label identity. One space is included; the following ones cost from €25 to €125 per month depending on the account's capacity.

The first hundred Professional accounts get a 50% discount on the suite subscription, for thirty-six months. It applies to every capacity tier, and the programme closes at the hundredth account or on 31 December 2026, whichever comes first. Once those thirty-six months are over, the discount becomes 25% for life, provided the subscription has never been interrupted.

Yes: with annual billing, two months are free on the subscription — the suite, additional workspaces and AI agents — i.e. a 17% saving. Telephony and credits, however, stay at the price shown. The founder discount comes on top of this annual discount.
