Your plan's credits cover everything: emails, SMS, AI — 1 credit = €0.01. No send is included on any plan: every email and every SMS is debited from the first one. The daily cap never falls back on credits — once reached, it refuses the send and protects your sender reputation.

HubSpot does not sell emails individually: transactional email is an add-on at $600/month reserved for Marketing Hub Professional ($800/month) or Enterprise. Metaventus: the month's volume at the tier rate, deducted in credits that do not expire, before the credits included in the plan are applied (500 per seat per month on Professional). Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed the daily cap?
Nothing serious: emails beyond the cap are queued and go out the next day. The cap protects your sender reputation — it is what gets your emails into the inbox.
Do transactional emails cost the same price?
Yes. Appointment confirmation, quote, invoice, campaign or automation: every email sent from your account is deducted from your credits at the same tier, the one matching your volume for the month.
What happens when the plan's credits run out?
Sending continues: you top up credits, which are also used for SMS and AI and do not expire. Nothing stops in the middle of a campaign.
Understanding credits Can I send from my own domain?
Yes, and it is recommended: you authenticate your domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) from the settings, in a few minutes, for maximum deliverability.
Do I need a paid plan to send newsletters?
No. No plan includes free emails: every send is debited from your credits from the first one. Discovery gives you the editor, AI writing and 500 welcome credits to try things out, under a cap of 300 emails a day. Professional adds 500 credits per seat each month and raises the cap to 10 000 a day.
