Do I need to change carrier or router?
No: Metaventus telephony runs on your existing internet connection, from the browser or IP desk phones. No physical line, no PBX.
What is included for €50 a month?
Two licences with 600 minutes each and one number. Beyond that, an extra licence is €20 metered, €5 more for 600 minutes or €10 for unlimited, and an additional number is €5. The AI voice agent is a €9 option.
Can we keep our current number?
Yes, porting is available; in the meantime you can start immediately on a new number and forward the old one. Many businesses prefer to run a week that way before porting the main line.
Where do we make calls from?
From the browser with the built-in softphone, or from the mobile app. No hardware to buy: a headset is enough. Calls are logged and attached to the customer record automatically.
What exactly does the switchboard do?
Greeting message, key menu, queues, opening hours, forwarding and voicemail, with statistics per line and per agent. And if you turn on the AI receptionist, it answers when nobody is available and books the appointment.
