CRM

A CRM that only accepts its own fields sends you back to the spreadsheet

Your trade has information nobody planned for: a policy number, a warranty end date, a risk level, a segment of your own. Here you add them to contacts, to companies and to your own objects — and some of them the AI can fill in from what the record already knows.

How it works

Describe what you know, then let the AI fill the rest

Thirteen types, because a text field never does

Short text, long text, rich text, number, date, date and time, yes/no, single choice, multiple choice, email, phone, web address, and a reference to a user. The type is not decoration: it decides how it is entered, sorted, filtered, and what automation can do with it. A date stored as text will never trigger anything.

  • Thirteen field types, each with its own input
  • Choice lists the server is the source of truth for
  • Stable internal key, editable display label
  • Optional description, for whoever fills it in

The same properties on your own objects

An attribute is not reserved for contacts and companies: it can belong to an object you created — a property, a contract, a case, a piece of equipment. Records of those objects then link to anything else through a universal relation engine, with a named meaning and attributes carried by the link itself.

  • Attributes of their own on each custom object
  • Relations between any two objects
  • A named role on the relation: signatory, owner, director
  • Handled by segments and automation like everything else

A property can be filled in by AI

You write the question in plain language — “is this company multi-site?”, “how mature is this prospect?” — and the source of facts to use: the record's own data, its activity, its sales history (deals, quotes, invoices) or your knowledge bases. The answer is typed like the field: a yes/no stays a yes/no, a category stays inside the list.

  • Instruction written in plain language, no syntax
  • Four sources of facts to choose from
  • Answer typed according to the field
  • Model and generation date kept

And above all, it is allowed to decline

This is the point we would not give up. When the facts do not allow an answer, the property stays empty with an “abstained” status rather than carrying an invented value. And the value is cached on a fingerprint of the prompt and the facts: as long as nothing has changed, no call to the model, so no credits burnt to reproduce the same answer.

  • Four states: generated, running, abstained, error
  • Cached on a fingerprint of prompt and facts
  • Filling is triggered on request, not in the background
  • Errors shown with their reason

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many properties can I create?

As many as your trade calls for, on contacts, on companies and on each of your custom objects. The standard properties stay; yours sit alongside them without replacing them.

Do custom properties work with segments and automation?

Yes, and that is the whole point. A segment is built on them, a scenario is triggered by them, and a date reached on a property you defined can launch an automation — end of contract, warranty expiry, renewal.

Do smart properties fill themselves in?

No, not in this version: filling is triggered explicitly, record by record. That is deliberate — generating across a whole database would burn credits nobody asked for. The result is cached and only recalculated when the facts change.

What happens if the AI does not have enough to go on?

It abstains, and says so. The property stays empty with an explicit status rather than receiving a plausible value. A poorly filled record has to stay visibly poorly filled: that is what lets you fix it.

Can a value produced by the AI be corrected?

Yes, it is edited like any other value on the record. Generation suggests, it does not lock.

Are these fields available on import and through the API?

Yes. File import recognises them when you map the columns, and the public API exposes them like standard fields — with a stable internal key that does not change when you rename the display label.
