Building Europe's platform for automated customer relationships
Metaventus brings CRM, sales, marketing, customer service, telephony, appointments, automation and artificial intelligence together in one platform. Built in France, hosted in Europe, available in fourteen languages.
Metaventus is opening its capital and its ecosystem to a limited number of partners able to support its next phase of growth: European distribution, a sales team, international expansion.

The market
The average company pays for seven tools to run one customer relationship
A CRM here, an emailing tool there, a ticketing system for support, a carrier for telephony, a shared calendar, an automation layer to tie it all together — and now one AI per tool. Every piece is billed per user, every junction is paid for in integrations to maintain, and the customer record ends up scattered across seven databases that tell seven different stories.

Our answer
One platform, eight trades, a single customer base
Metaventus is not a set of acquired tools bolted together. The eight hubs are built on the same database: information entered once is available everywhere, with no synchronisation and no intermediate file. Artificial intelligence works on the customer's real data rather than on the fragment a connector leaves it.
Functional breadth
CRM, sales and invoicing, marketing, customer service, telephony, appointments, automation and web content — in a single subscription.
Native telephony
Switchboard, numbers, softphone, voice agent: a full hub, not an integration. It is the piece competing platforms leave to someone else.
Priced per account
The subscription follows the capacity you choose, not your headcount. Hiring someone does not raise the bill.
European by construction
French publisher, hosting in the European Union, published subprocessors, AI models run on the platform.
Why now
Three movements are converging
Companies are consolidating their software
After a decade of stacking, cost pressure is pushing firms to cut the number of vendors. A platform that replaces seven subscriptions arrives at the right moment.
Reduce your stackAI is becoming agentic
An agent that answers, qualifies and acts is only worth something if it sees the whole customer relationship. That is an architecture advantage, not a model one — and no integration makes up for it.
Our vision of agentsSovereignty is becoming a buying criterion
Local government, healthcare, regulated professions: European hosting and a documented subprocessing chain have moved from comfort to condition.
Hosting and complianceBusiness model
A recurring revenue that grows in three ways
Three plans — Discovery free, Professional, Enterprise — billed per account, not per seat. An account that grows raises its bill without changing tool and without renegotiating: that is where expansion happens. The price lists are public down to the last credit, and no discount is needed to sell.
The plan
The platform subscription, billed per account and not per seat. It opens the whole suite — no hub is sold separately — and its capacity is chosen by user tier: the team grows, the tier follows, the product and the contract do not move.
The grid and the tiersThe options
Extra workspaces and extra AI agents are bought by the unit and add to the recurring base. An account can therefore grow without changing tier — a second brand, a subsidiary, one more agent on one more channel.
WorkspacesThe usage
Credits follow actual consumption: SMS, emails, call minutes, artificial intelligence. Telephony is subscribed to separately.

Where the platform already sells
Small and mid-sized firms
The ones paying for four to seven subscriptions today, with nobody available to administer an enterprise CRM.
The nine sectorsPublic sector
Councils, institutions and utilities: citizen relations, telephone reception, forms and traceability — with the hosting requirements that come with them.
The public sectorStructured professions
Practices, firms, networks and franchises — trades where the customer record and the telephone channel matter equally.
Legal professionsEurope, then beyond
The product has been multilingual since day one: opening a country calls for a go-to-market, not a rebuild.
European hostingCapital efficiency
A platform already built before any institutional round
Metaventus was designed and built over 30 months with an extremely light structure, under the direction of its founder.
Over that period, the following went into production: the platform and its 45 services and workers, the iOS application, the multilingual web ecosystem, the help centre, the developer portal, the technical documentation and the main integrations the solution needs to operate.
That scope corresponds to functions usually spread across several teams: product, engineering, infrastructure, mobile, integrations, documentation, internationalisation, content and web.

This capital efficiency is today an asset of Metaventus.
The next step is no longer to fund the initial construction of the platform, but to accelerate its commercialisation, structure the organisation and progressively reduce operational dependence on the founder.
Opening the capital is therefore above all a question of acceleration: turning an execution capability already demonstrated into an organisation able to reproduce it at greater scale.
What we are looking for
Partners, not capital alone
Metaventus is exploring minority stakes and distribution partnerships that would accelerate three specific efforts: building the sales team, opening European markets, and strengthening engineering and security. Discussions are led directly by the founder.
Software publishers and cloud players
For whom a complete European customer platform rounds out the catalogue rather than competing with it.
Carriers and telecoms
Telephony is a native hub of Metaventus: the fit is industrial before it is financial.
Integrators and distributors
Networks able to carry the platform to small firms, public bodies and structured professions.
B2B software investors
Funds with an enterprise software thesis and the capacity to follow through several rounds.
Investor materials
Request the materials
The materials are not a free download. Tell us who you are and what interests you: we will send a presentation within forty-eight hours, and propose a conversation where the subject warrants it.
Detailed financials and the data room are reserved for engaged discussions.
Frequent questions
What we are asked first
What stage is the company at?
The product is in production and on sale, the first paying accounts are signed, and the sales cycle is being built. Up-to-date traction figures are in the investor materials: we would rather send them dated than display them on a page that ages.
Is this an announced fundraising?
No. Metaventus is exploring minority stakes and distribution partnerships, with no formal process and no public timetable. Conversations happen one to one, directly with the founder.
Who owns the intellectual property?
The platform, the trademarks, the domain names and the content are held by the publishing company. The chain of ownership is documented and shared during due diligence.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, with a published list of subprocessors and a data processing agreement available for signature. AI models are run on the platform, and customer data is not used to train them.
Can the product be tried before we talk?
Yes, and it is the quickest way to form a view. The Discovery plan is free, with no card and no commitment, and it opens all eight hubs. Nothing described on this site is a plan.
