One number is included. The following ones are used to distinguish a department, a branch or a campaign.
On a metered basis, minutes are deducted in credits. Or a bundle per licence: 600 minutes, or unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles in your country.

Metered or packaged, license by license
The two licenses in the offer include 600 minutes each. A license you add is metered: its outgoing minutes are deducted in credits. If it makes a lot of calls, you give it a package — 600 minutes, or unlimited to landlines and mobiles in your country.

Calls abroad, by the minute

Is telephony mandatory?
No. It is an additional offer at €50 per month that adds on to the plan of your choice, Discovery included. You can use the whole suite without it — and activate it the day you need it.

A license is one person making and taking calls: from the browser, the iOS app or a desk phone. The two licenses in the offer have 600 minutes each; a license you add is metered, or gets a package — 600 minutes or unlimited — if you want. The number of phone numbers is independent.
How are calls billed?
Every license is either metered or on a package. Metered, outgoing minutes are deducted from your credits at the rate of the destination, shown before the call. On a package, calls to landlines and mobiles in your country are included — 600 minutes, or unlimited. International is always in credits, and incoming calls cost nothing.

Business numbers Is the AI assistant option enough for the AI receptionist?
The option activates transcription, summaries and the AI receptionist on your lines, for €9 per month. The minutes the AI then handles — a call transcribed, a conversation taken by the receptionist — are deducted in credits, on actual usage.
