Administration

A score nobody can explain is of no use to anybody

Scoring by language model produces a number that neither the salesperson nor the administrator can justify. Ours is computed by readable rules: it costs nothing, it explains itself line by line, and it recalculates on every interaction.

How it works

Three families of points, and nothing hidden

What the record holds, and what it is worth

Points when the information is there: an email address, a phone, a mobile, a job title, a company, a website, a postal address, legal details, a professional profile, access to the client portal. Then points according to the value of the fields that matter: the source, the lifecycle stage, the status, the role.

  • Ten completeness criteria, each with its points
  • Points by source, stage, status and role
  • Every rule can be switched on or off
  • A sensible default scale, editable

What the person does, weighted

Every interaction earns points: a form, a call, an appointment, a deal, a ticket, a campaign click, a conversation. With two safeguards that change everything — a cap per rule, so that someone who opens thirty emails does not outrank someone who booked a meeting, and a half-life, so that enthusiasm from eight months ago is no longer worth what yesterday's is.

  • Points by channel and by event type
  • A cap on the points per rule
  • Adjustable half-life on engagement points
  • System events do not count

What we refuse to count

A record with no interaction stays at zero, unless you ask otherwise. Creating a record is not a signal, and importing a thousand contacts does not manufacture a thousand hot prospects — yet that is what most scoring systems produce, and that is how people stop believing in them.

  • Zero by default without interaction
  • An option to score profile alone as well
  • Record lifecycle and notifications excluded
  • The score cannot be typed in by hand

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why not use AI to score?

Because a score has to be justifiable. A salesperson told “this contact is worth 82” has a right to know why, and an administrator has a right to change the scale. Rules cost zero credits, recalculate instantly and can be argued about in a meeting.

Can I start from nothing?

A default scale is provided, inspired by what HubSpot and Brevo do but adapted to what we actually know about a record, since every hub feeds into it: forms, calls, appointments, deals, tickets, campaigns, chat.

What is the half-life?

The number of days after which engagement points are worth half. Without it, a contact who was very active last year stays at the top of the list for ever. You can switch it off if your sales cycle is long.

What are the bands for?

To turn a number into a decision. Four bands — cold, warm, hot, very hot — whose thresholds you set, usable to segment, to trigger an automation or to sort a list.

Does the score recalculate by itself?

Yes, on every interaction, and after a change to the scale. There is no manual entry: a score you can type in by hand is no longer a score, it is an opinion.
