Invoicing that knows French law

Mandatory mentions, sequential numbering, multi-rate VAT, identities locked on the document: compliance is built into the server, not left to your vigilance.

How it works

Compliant, from issue to payment

Compliant by design

Late-payment penalties, flat-rate collection fees, early-payment discounts, payment terms: mentions are server-managed and locked on every document, along with issuer and customer identities. Your invoice is enforceable, not approximate.

  • Server-managed mentions
  • Identities locked on the document
  • Deposits, discounts and multi-rate VAT handled
  • Tamper-proof history of issued documents

From issuance to collection

The invoice goes out by email with its PDF, a Stripe payment link can accompany it, and payment is checked off on the invoice. Analytics by sales rep show what's invoiced, what's collected, and what's lagging.

  • Email sent with a professional PDF
  • Embeddable payment link
  • Collected / pending tracking
  • CSV export for accounting

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are you ready for mandatory e-invoicing?

Yes: issuance in electronic format via the Peppol network and the public portal (PPF) is being rolled out, validated end to end with our accredited partner. Your invoices will be compliant with the reform, with no tool change needed.

Can I invoice individuals as well as businesses?

Yes: billing customers cover both, with separate billing and delivery addresses, payment terms, and creation directly from a CRM record.

How are invoices generated?

As native PDFs server-side, with mandatory statements, sequential numbering, multi-rate VAT, deposits and discounts. Sending by email really attaches the PDF.

Can unpaid invoices be chased?

Yes: the reminder fires at the due date, by email or SMS, and stops on payment. With the payment link inside the invoice, that is what moves an average collection time.

Are credit notes handled?

Credit notes and dunning are part of the invoicing work in progress; issuing, sending, tracking and collection work today.
