Metaventus vs Letsignit: the signature, and what it carries
Letsignit centralises the email signatures of a Microsoft 365 organisation and places campaign banners in them. It's a craft, and they do it well. The question is whether that deserves one more subscription, billed per user, alongside the tool that already runs your campaigns and your contacts. At Metaventus, the signature is a channel in the Marketing hub: it displays the current campaign, it's driven by the same segments, and it's included in the price of the account.

Why choose us
Why choose Metaventus over a signature tool
The signature becomes a channel, not a wrapper
It displays the campaign of the moment, and that campaign is the same one as in the Marketing hub: one place to change it, one place to see what it brought in. It isn't a banner you update by hand in another tool.
No per-person licence
Letsignit bills per user, with an annual commitment. Metaventus bills per account: the whole team's signature is included, and hiring doesn't lengthen the bill as long as you stay within your capacity.
The rest of the relationship is in the same subscription
Campaigns, segments, forms, booking, quotes, customer service, telephony: the signature is just one channel among others, and they're all already open. A signature tool only does signatures.
What the banner brings in, measured in the right place
Signature clicks join marketing attribution, alongside emails, SMS and campaigns. You compare channels with each other, not one isolated report against another.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do the signatures apply to emails sent from Outlook?
No, and we say so plainly: our signatures dress the emails that go out from Metaventus — campaigns, follow-ups, notifications, customer service messages. Letsignit, for its part, installs in Outlook for all of the company's emails. If that's exclusively what you need, it's a different craft from ours.
Can the banner vary by recipient?
Yes: the banner follows the current campaign and can depend on the segment, like any other content in the Marketing hub.
How much does the signature cost at Metaventus?
Nothing more: it's part of the Marketing hub, included in the plan, with no per-user licence.

Each workspace has its own identity: logo, colours, domain. A subsidiary or a brand has its own signature, on the same account.
