VENTUS SAS today opens Metaventus, a business suite bringing CRM, telephony, marketing, appointments, sales, customer service, automation and content together on a single database. The product of two and a half years of development, the platform was designed around artificial intelligence from the outset, rather than enriched with it afterwards.
A ten-person company does the same work as a large account: prospecting, answering the phone, sending campaigns, keeping a calendar, invoicing, troubleshooting. It does so with six subscriptions that do not talk to each other, six exports to stitch back together and no overall view. That observation, lived inside its own business, is what led VENTUS to build Metaventus.
The suite has eight business hubs on a single database: information entered once is available everywhere, with no synchronisation and no intermediate file. It runs on 45 microservices in production and comes with five sites — the application, the official website in 14 languages, the help centre in 16 languages, the developer portal and a public service status page.
The project began in April 2024, at the moment generative artificial intelligence became genuinely usable. Metaventus devotes a dedicated microservice and an agent service to it, both planned before the first line of code. The agents write, sort, qualify and trigger actions across the suite; decisions and approvals stay with people, and every agent action is labelled as such.
Data is hosted in the European Union and the publisher is French. That sovereignty is not an argument added to the catalogue: it governs the choice of hosts, where processing happens, and the design of the platform itself.
Metaventus is the second product from VENTUS SAS, which has published SMS Meeting since 2022 — an SMS appointment reminder service whose story goes back to 2018. The platform is available today at metaventus.com.
